Will AOL split again in May ?

Most of us seems to agree that AOL's earnings date is May 5, and I am very much certain that AOL will reach the split price range. For AOL it's about 150-175. I am sitting here tonight, wondering if AOL will announce a split when they release earnings in May.

As I understand, in order to be able to split stocks, a company has to have enough authorized shares that previously approved by the shareholders.

Can someone please tell me what the CURRENT authorized shares for AOL is ? Do we have enough for another 2 for 1 split without shareholders vote to authorize more before another split ? Where can I find these informations ?

Thanks in advance.
