Right Steve-We should let them go down the drain so they sell their 30,000 nukes to the rich Indians, Iraqi's, Iranians, Libyans, and every other nutty country with deep pockets. And while we're at it, we should make sure we drive them into the hands of China and North Korea (the East), and make sure they elect an ultra nationalist like Zhernowsky. I'm afraid this Baboon is working with a paucity of choices. Not an easy problem, but the other choices are less attractive at the moment. Richard
