BG, DCI is one of only a handful of telecomm's that have access to Europe across country lines and I would say that these companies are going to become hot properties in the near future. I believe in the very near future we will find out just how important our CLEC status in Spain really is. I do know that ever since IXC took a 13% position in DCI they have had a number of their staff visit both DCI's home office and at the EDGE division in Maryland on several different occasions. It is my belief that IXC will be installing the New York switch. It seems to me that IXC needs our switches in Spain to open up the European market to them. IXC put themselves on the market at $70 a share but there have been no takers. DCI's toe hold in Spain may be just what IXC needs to garner that $70.00. Once the three new switches are installed and IXC becomes dependent on them, then I would expect IXC to take a bigger position in DCI to lock up the working relationship between the two companies. I also agree with you about DCI showing a profit in the next quarter. The gross margins from the new switches will show a dramatic turn around. Wednesday is the last day of the current fiscal year and I do expect Joe to wrap it up with a bang. Best Regards
