chaz, Quite frankly, if the SEC decides they are going to crack down, I don't think they are going to ask you what you know or don't know. They are going to look at what the law says and see if it has been followed. My previous note was not an accusatory demand, but a suggestion for a very simple change that could avoid a potential embarrassment for someone who's postings are very informative and helpful. So why do you find this objectionable? Would you rather see the alternative? Check out the law yourself.
