M&B; <<perhaps the size of the pending float caused pixie dust to get into the eyes of our heroes>> Our heroes have much experience in the insurance field and understand its risks as well as rewards. I recall that WEB saying something to the effects that all surprises in the insurance business are bad surprises. Its the nature of the business to start out getting premiums(creating a float) and then experience surprise event which create claims on the premiums and decreasing the profit on the company. Rest assured that they understand this. David
