Just a few questions and thoughts... Aside from PNET stock, what do you think about the Phon-Net Direct-Connect technology...do you like it; would you use it? Do you think that "Click here for internet Direct-Connect" makes it clear to online shoppers that a phone connection is about to be made? (Were I not an investor and already know, I wouldn't have guessed at the phone/internet connection. Until Phon-Net becomes a household name, I tend to think that words such as, "To speak with a sales representative,..." would help Direct-Connect along and perhaps should be added to the above phrase.)
