Jeffrey, **VXCH** BUY ALERT from Stock Genie...
Glad you made it back! Just found this report on your nemesis, VXCH, while checking my E-Mail tonight and could not resist posting it. It is a paid promotion but fairly describes the product and its potential. Let's face it, it does not look like it's going down to a level where it would qualify for the Index anymore:

STOCK GENIE'S CURRENT TRADER'S ALERT: Voxcom Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board) SYMBOL: VXCH TODAY'S CLOSING BID PRICE $ 4 1/2
Voxcom Holdings Inc. is a technology holding company (OTCBB:VXCH) based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to the acquisition of its wholly owned subsidiary MAXpc, Voxcom was in the business services sector, but has since restructured its business model by spinning off Home Business Group, AmeraPress, and Voxcom Systems to focus all efforts and resources on the vast potential of the MAXpc Technology. MAXpc Technologies Inc. owns the exclusive rights to manufacture, market and distribute the MAXpc CardTM. MAXpc introduces a product that transforms the standard PC into a full video communication station over the Internet or LAN. It is a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind media accelerator card that is the first product of its kind to utilize the cutting edge VLIW Supercomputer technology. With an on-board processor and patented operating system, the MAXpc card equips a desktop PC with the power required for true motion video communications and video processing over the Internet or Intranet. With MAXpc, PC owners can conduct sophisticated true motion, 2-way video conferences over the Internet, watch streamed video, MPEG and DVD movies, enjoy AC3 Dolby Digital surround sound, and record, edit and playback full video and audio from their desktop utilizing a fraction of the bandwidth other systems require.
MAXpc is impressive and unique for the following:
- The accelerating power of this product is outstanding, operating at 3.6 Billion Operations per Second – much faster than the Pentium 450 which operates at a fraction of the speed at 500 million operations per second
- It is the first parallel processing Supercomputer for the desktop PC
- It has its own on-board processor and operating system which frees up the Pentium to perform other tasks
- Utilizes high speed RAMbus memory which is ten times faster than SDRAM memory
- Occupies only one slot and requires only one interrupt
- Eliminates the need for multiple single-function cards
- Has a 600 MB/second internal bus which is several times faster than PCI or AGP
- Operates in multiple network & telecommunication environments including Internet, IP, ADSL, ISDN, T-1
- And finally and most importantly, MAXpc is updateable with software, so as new video conferencing or video streaming standards are established, MAXpc can support it, whereas other hardware-based systems will become obsolete.
As powerful as MAXpc is, it was not desiened to replace the existing Pentium® in a computer, but to enhance it by carrying the video processing load on board, leaving the Pentium® more power to do what it does best. Other products, including the Pentium itself, are unable to process video at equal levels to MAXpc simply because they don't have powerful enough engines. MAXpc provides the means and capability to handle the entire spectrum of full motion video communications over the Internet on your PC!
MAXpc equips the desktop PC for the Video Revolution occurring on the Internet today.
More and more, video is the method of choice for conveying a message. Almost every sizeable company is offering some type of video messages on its web site to market products and services. Lectures, advertisements, rock concerts, movies and music videos are being streamed over the Internet every day. Educational institutions provide distance learning via streamed video and store and forward video over the Internet. Companies are utilizing video over their LAN to broadcast messages and conduct remote training to employees. The Internet has become a highway for video communications. MAXpc brings to your desktop the power to process these images in real time, with natural true motion.
Once again, MAXpc was designed specifically to equip the desktop computer with the power required for video communications over the Internet and Intranet. Frankly, we do not know of any other single product capable of equipping the desktop PC for the Internet with equal speed and functionality. MAXpc is priced far less than what a combination of competitive products would be, to perform the same functions and at the same quality.
MARKET OVERVIEW
History teaches us that communications will continue to evolve. As the evolution of technology produced the ability to carry the spoken word 2-way, it is now providing the method of carrying the visual image 2-way. Video communication is now available to every household and every desktop. This has come about for many reasons
THE INTERNET
The Internet cost-effectively provides a large enough bandwidth to act as a highway for video communications. This highway is vast and reaches around the world, eliminating the prerequisite for point to point dedicated lines.
BANDWIDTH IS NOW AVAILABLE
To send video images efficiently over distance requires a large bandwidth. Prior to our current era, the bandwidth to carry video images was too small, and when available, too expensive. Today, great bandwidth is here via cable modem, ADSL, ATM, ISDN and others. This bandwidth is cost effective, and improving almost daily. The hurdle of bandwidth is now gone and the price will become cheaper as competition grows.
VIDEO IS THE NEW MEDIUM
Video conferencing is here today. It will expand exponentially over the Internet and via corporate Intranets. More companies are making daily presentations using video imaging and the written proposal is taking a back seat. Video proposals are already here in larger and more sophisticated companies. Training, advertising, investor relations, even simple messages from management are being distributed via video images and video e-mails. Paper memos are quickly becoming tools of yesterday.
THE GLOBAL WORLD
Families are moving away from their hometowns for career opportunities or a preferred quality of life. The days of not seeing a nephew grow up because you live in a different city are eliminated in the era of video communication. Companies are truly competing in the global marketplace and video communication is necessary to attract businesses, gain a competitive edge and maintain long distance relationships. It no longer requires a trip to Korea to see the manufacturing facilities; they can be viewed via an Internet video communications call.
COST
Video communication systems are now available at prices affordable to the masses. When combining the lower cost of bandwidth, equipment and the Internet, video communications are now a reality for all consumers and businesses, alike.
MARKETING MAXpc
The technology utilized by the MAXpc card is well ahead of competitive systems. Most of not all competitive systems are utilizing the Pentium-type CPU to process video. These systems simply have diificulty processing the video with the limited power of today's CPU. Over 100 million new computers are built each year of which 60% are built by the ''white box'' OEM computer builders. With just a 1% penetration of this market, the company estimates that would equate to $180 million in annual sales for MAXpc. The company is marketing the product to OEM's, Value-Added Resellers as well as end users buying new computers both domestically and internationally. New computer users and builders will benefit from the unprecedented power of the product as well as its reduction of the need for single-function boards.
A recent product review written by Robert Scoble, founder of Microsoft NetMeeting Place (www.netmeet.net), began his review by saying ''Every once in a while a new piece of computer hardware comes out that changes the world. I remember when my dad brought home our first Apple II in 1978. . .my first Macintosh in 1986. . .or the Pentium in 1995. . . The MAXpc card has already changed my life in ways similar to these previous hardware revolutions that have hit my desk.''
Be Prepared for the Internet Video Revolution! Make your PC a MAXpc!

TECHNICAL OPINION
The information presented above was furnished by the company and provides the fundamental aspect of the business. In terms of the technical read, in The Stock Genie's opinion, it is as follows:
After trading for the past 6 months in a basing pattern the stock was presented with resistance at the $2 to $2 ¼ level. On 3/2/99, VXCH appeared to have broken out of its consolidation phase and broke through this resistance level ''like a hot knife through cold butter''. Beginning 3/15/99, VXCH has started a ''parabolic move'' to the upside. The next area of resistance appears to be $6 to $6 ¼ (http://www.stockgenie.com/vxch_graph.htm), its previous 52 week high. A move above this level would indicate no ''overhead supply'', where it trades to, at that point your guess is as good as The Stock Genie's. Today's closing bid price was $ 4 1/2.
