John: My guess is that QCOM will trade up again - straight into the earnings date on April 20. I think it is worthy to note that QCOM's profitability has gone from 11% ROE to 30% plus with this deal. Think about the profits from handsets alone - 20% net margin on $600 million. That is a $120 million profit. Attach a $50 million profit for royalties. That gives you a $175 million profit for handsets and royalties alone.

I project over $6 a share in EPS for QCOM next year.
