Justa,

I2: Brinker said today that an increasing possibility of ground troop introduction into Kosovo could provide environment for profit taking correction. Also said that he would revisit his buying opportunity points in April. I would look for any changes in next newsletter. He also advocated dollar cost averaging into QQQ.

I heard an interesting debate on the news this weekend by some noted analysts. They mentioned that Mr. Market and the US overall may run into some difficulty if the Kosovo conflict becomes exacerbated. One example really made me think.

I guess the Serbs have 5 submarines that are battery powered (ie quiet per analyst) in waters that currently have 2,000 Marines on smaller boats that will act as support should ground forces be needed. The analyst posed the concept of the Serbs launching torpedoes and sinking the boats as a possibility.

I don't know the details of military strength and that is not my concern. My concern is that a surprise may catch Mr. Market off guard. This could IMHO give us a little more than a 10% to 15% correction.

He said the stock market and the US would have a radical change of perception should a tragedy like this occur.

In this response to a caller, he said that he may add a Nasdaq buy point in his April review.
