The rule is if they were drunk in town then nothing has been hit. If they are sober and quiet and avoiding people's gaze then there has been a significant hit and there is lots of work.

Take it from the stock exchange. Every time there is a blowout and somebody misses, everybody is in the bar drinking and laughing. When a stock hits and goes ballistic, the bar is empty. Maybe because nobody has any, but that is the way it is.

You drink your troubles away, and contemplate quietly great success.
