Well, CYOE and I have parted company. My Feb. put options expired worthless. Can't win on this one. A while back, Tim Luke recommended it long - lost a bundle. ANthony recommends shorting - so I outsmarted myself and bought puts. Now a friend of mine that knows someone in CYOE tells me I should be buying it because they are going to surprise to the upside with their earnings. So, I give up - think I was not meant to play this one.

Gee whiz, you know you can sell CYOE short and sell Oct 10 puts for 5? That's $1875-commissions profit for an investment that will actually increase your margin buying power. The stock has to go to almost 14 before you start losing money.

Wouldn't you start losing money around $12? The (round numbers) $7 sold short plus $5 received for selling the put? What am I missing?
