Timing

Morgan: I agree with your statement that Federal Courts defer to agency interpretations and rulings...factual bases. Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that the U.S.P.O. reaffirmation was quite recent--not enough lead time for Ericy-Q to negotiate/consummate Thursday's deal.

The deal was made before the reaffirmation of the patents, unfortunately, since Q might have been able to get more.

I could be wrong, but I could have sworn that I read the P.O. news, found it ironic that the stock didn't move up, and then several days later the announcement.
