Jan,

Did you read the item about amzn auctions ?

If ebay opens down big tomorrow, will it spread to other nets ? and will amzn be spared ? These are rhetorical questions and the answer will come soon enough.

Have you noticed how many net type stocks there are ? All loser businesses with multi-billion valuations. I don't think there is enough money to keep them all going up. And in fact lately they have just churned. Look at cmgi, nsol, bcst, amzn, yhoo, aol, ebay, etc...
They never all go up in unison on any day. Now some go up, some down.

And in fact now you see posts here saying "bought x, paid for it by selling y". Tomorrow we'll see "bought amzn, dumped ebay". By the way, I have nothing in ebay.
