Really. But for the tail wagging the trillions dog (???):

How big, or small is the percentage of "volatility" added, when you think of market volatility defined as "portfolio volatility" of all listed & Nasdaq traded stocks.

Very small, in my opinion. Sometimes, the dog "wags" the tail a bit more than on the other day, or hour.
