New Frontier Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOOF - news), which operates adult entertainment cable/satellite networks, finalized the terms of its acquisition of IGALLERY, INC., (''IGI''), an e-commerce, technology and adult Internet distribution company. IGI's creative marketing and traffic generation programs have resulted in more than 15 million unique visitors per month to their in-house websites.

The terms of the acquisition call for the issuance of six million shares of NOOF common stock, of which one million shares are to be held in escrow, subject to IGI earning $6 million before income tax and depreciation expenses, for the 12 months ending December 31, 1999. IGI's revenues and EBIDTA for the 12 months ending March 31, 1999 are expected to exceed $21 million and $3 million, respectively. Based on NOOF's March 23, 1999 closing price, the acquisition is valued at approximately $27 million, or just under ten times the estimated trailing EBIDTA.

New Frontier Media, Inc. found IGI to be an ideal acquisition based on their e-commerce, marketing and content distribution expertise. IGI officials arrived at the same conclusion after reviewing the scope of New Frontier Media's current and future distribution potential, as well as its significant content library and output deals with more than 15 internationally recognized, high-quality adult studios.

New Frontier Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOOF - news) is a diversified entertainment company primarily engaged in the electronic distribution of adult entertainment via subscription and Pay-Per-View television, and the Internet.

PART I . . .THE QUESTIONS . . . .W A R . . .Serbs vs. Albanians. . .

by Rande Is

.

.

For the purpose of learning some world history, read and answer with an approximation, the years of the following wars:

A.
After the Serbo-Albanian Conflict, many Serbs, fearing retribution, migrated out of Kosovo. These abandon lands of Kosovo and Macedonia were gradually settled by Islamic Albanians, which gradually migrated north into Serbia. These were mostly cattle breeders and nomads who were elevated to a higher class status, due to their Islamic religious order. This outraged the local Serbs, who were still considered serfs or slaves. The Serbs declared war on these Muslim Albanians in the Wars of Serbia and Montenegro. The Russian Empire supported Serbia resulting in the defeat of Albanian troops and the migration, either voluntarily or forcibly, of Albanians from the liberated territories in southeast Serbia. Unwilling to live in a Christian-ruled state, the Muslim Albanians settled in Metohija and Kosovo where they took their revenge on the local Serbs for the estates they had lost in Serbia.

B.
Kosovo and Macedonia were annexed to Albania. Hundreds of thousands of Albanians residing in Yugoslavia were persecuted and killed, as victims of a racial or ethnic cleansing by Serbs. Following an early spring aerial bombardment of Belgrade, Yugoslavia is rapidly overrun by allied forces. Soon the Yugoslav resistance was crushed. But the Russians join forces with Partisans to defeat and expel invaders from Belgrade. Within weeks nearly every major country in the world made a declaration of war. This battle marked the beginning of the biggest war the world had ever seen.

C.
Albanians, living in southern provinces of Yogoslavia claimed to be the true Balkan natives. They brought their native tongue and culture beyond the borders dominating the population there. Opposing racial purification that had been increasing for several decades, an alliance of armies was formed. The Russian leader declared that if Serbia was attacked, he would declare war against this union of countries. The allied forces attack Yugoslavia. In a show of pan-slavic unification, the Russian army joins forces with Belarus and the Ukraine forming a world super-power, siding with the Serbian army to defeat the invading allied armies. Within 2 months nearly every major country in the world had made a declaration of war. This battle marked the beginning of the biggest war the world had ever seen.

D.
Opposing the “pan-slavic” purification that Serbia represented, a union of countries declared war on Serbia. The leader of Russia was struggling to hold power, as revolutionaries schemed his overthrow. His military advisors pressured this Russian leader into defending Serbia. He then declared that if Serbia was attacked, Russia would declare war on the side of Serbia. The allied forces attacked Yugoslavia and the Russians declared war. Within 3 days, the major powers of the world had declared war against one another. This battle marked the beginning of the biggest war the world had ever seen.
