Over the years VRLK has had some very good projects under development but Belden has never bee patient enough to see them through. VRLK's revenue stream has always been "lumpy". When there is a shortfall, Belden cuts staff and projects quickly only to re-staff 6 months later when after a couple of good quarters. The lack of continuity in development chokes the flow of new products and subsequently new revenue. This is why despite significant R&D spending there is very little in the way of products coing out of the company. Hopefully the new CEO will have more vision and patience. Cheers.
