Mr. Gore, As I stated the other day, Mr. Skinner and WINR management have gone into a quiet period, much as they did in October. Mr. Skinner has not replied to my last few investor inquiries. I believe, as in October, the lawyers have advised Mr. Skinner not to respond personally to any investor inquiries at this time. Probably to keep from accidentally leaking any proprietary news. I see this as a good sign, as I correctly did then! All investor inquires are being refered to CFG with whom you seem to have a very good and frequent working relationship. What do they say? One thing is for certain. If they intend to become reporting for first quarter of a calendar fiscal year, the latest they can file a 10QSB is May 15th (45 days past quarter end). Also, I myself just learned, that 10QSB filers can and do use unaudited financials (this is what SNMM files, the SB stands for small business). Just thought I would let everyone know that when financials do come out they may well be "unaudited", and that it is nothing to "freak-out" about as it is common practice among small-cap issues.
