david, the bears have been dead on in regards to the mu business. plan. the ONLY correct place to be was bearish. we had this discussion in july/august 1997 when you said 1998 was going to be a blow out year for mu. did you really mean blow up? ;-)

>>> may just be as ridiculous as Niles $200.

Now that is ridiculous. I know people who are holding on to their stock JUST BECAUSE OF THAT STATEMENT.

Have a good night everyone.

Goodnight JohnBoy, Goodnight Skeeter, Goodnight DavidG, ... hey you have to have humor sometimes -- a bad joke is better than none at all.

there is NO mania that caused the stock to go higher

Laugh of the day!

Do you remember me laughing my ass off day after day for weeks beginning in mid-January, when They ran the tech stocks up until 10:00 plus or minus a few milliseconds, down until 10:30 plus or minus a few milliseconds, and then up for the rest of the day? It was the most reliable and tradeable pattern ever noted on this thread. It lasted so long that guys from the yahoo thread, who might or might not check us out frequently, had time not just to catch it once or twice toward the end, but to start laughing their asses off at how mindless (in every sense) the relentless rise became. I myself have never had a more consistently profitable period of trading in my life. Was that on fundamentals? For nearly every stock in the $SOX? Yeah right!

Of course you remember, because you made a point of taking a poke at me on the one day that it turned into a losing trade. I was too kind to note at the time that it did in fact satisfy its destiny by the end of the day.
