imho, if this deal even gets to a vote, USAI&TMCS contract terms will give Diller collectively the option to purchase 19.9% of lcos @ 127.14...this option has an expiration date(believe i read it in SEC filing(?).) In any case, if it goes that far, lcos will most certainly not be anywhere aroud dillers option to but at price..so i agree with you, it will be awhile before we see this stock move.. can only hope that option to purchase door is not open for to long a time so diller will just walk away..

However, i'm sure this obvious scenario has crossed his mind and even with all his posturings of late, he might ante up as vote come closer.
Although i hope his ego continues to rule him and he doesnt sweeten the deal...this is not a good match for lcos... he speaks of synergistic relationship, his all in one house infrastrucure,"selling normal people,"normal" stuff.. genius in media venue, dumbo in internet vision..
