I hate to keep referring back to the Clinton thing but the state AGs are sounding more and more like the house managers.

The only thing that would have satisfied the house managers was Clinton's removal, not a fine, not censure, but only Clinton's removal.

The state AGs are starting to sing the same song. The AGs will not be happy with new contracts or perhaps a monetary fine but will only be satisfied if MSFT is, well you might say, no longer MSFT.

I get the feeling that the DOJ and the state AGs aren't really on the same page. There seems to be some right wing AGs similar to Henry Hyde and Dave Barr that won't settle for anything less than the so called death penalty.

I think the DOJ may be willing to accept something short of the death penalty.
