Cisco, I invite everyone to go over to the Stockhouse site and read the posts by the two aliases named in the lawsuit. If that suit were filed here in the USA, it would never make it to step one. Makes we wonder if there's a hidden agenda to the lawsuit. The alias Waitnsee only made a few very mild "nay" posts on the thread. One of those posts was quoting someone from another thread who called the CEO "a crook". Waitnsee didn't call him a crook. He merely copied (excerpted) part of the original post. He was called on it by the thread longs, but he clearly explained that he was quoting not stating. The alias Peter41 has made the usual mild "nay" types of posts. Nothing really bad there. Certainly nothing as intense as we commonly see on SI. Certainly nothing to indicate that Waitnsee and Peter41 were acting in tandem, and most certainly nothing to indicate that they're using other aliases. But sample the thread and decide for yourselves. KJC
