TELTRAN ADDS " ON-LINE TRADING " in April!!!!!!!!!

In addition to the already excellent data available
as to the wide choices of trading sites and services
in North America, The company has stated that they will
be providing their own trading service in April.
We will now be able to choose to buy/sell our stocks
and shares through Teltran's own service.
We now have.
Information Distribution.
On line Trading.
Corporate Telecommunications.

There must be someone here with the skills required
to properly translate these into share value, so as
to prevent us concentrating on an historical loss
position of a "start-up" operation!!!

The IrishPerspective....

Bravado, I am glad that the information was publicly available...

It is just odd that the Company would not have a press release to announce that their financials were finally available. In his e-mailed reply, Mr Hershkowitz never even mentioned that fact. Anyway, I am certainly happy that this particular matter can be put to rest.

I am not overly concerned by the negative aspects of the financial picture, as it is typical of many struggling OTC BB Companies. The most important points are that they appear to have enough cash on hand to carry out their plans during 1999, have a coherent and valid business plan and some promising contracts. So, there is a fair chance that they will reach their goal of a 30 cents EPS for 1999.

Once they get going and the cash flow is in place, it should not be difficult to raise the additional working funds that may be required for future expansion. I now feel much more comfortable with the Company and will be taking a substantial position this morning.
