Nice kitty! (Pat gently on head...) New house is 3 BR's, one BA (Booo!!! I wanted 2 BA's!!!) Not in San Francisco also....WAY TOO EXPEN$IVE!!! :-( It's in nearby Pacifica. House is avg. size (1080 sq. ft.), but the lot is HUGE (about 6000 sq. ft!!!) so plenty of room to expand out. A nice glimpse view of the Pacific Ocean from the bedrooms too!!! House is definitely move in condition. The neighborhood is nice (not fancy but at least I won't have to carry a semi with me if I walk out of the house!) :-) If all goes well, the house will be officially ours in mid-April and we'll start moving in then...
