Eddy's last post... Gustave you are right I had a agenda. On my agenda was balanced news-not war mongering or commercial/ political brainwashing. IMO The underlying problems in present KOSOVO scenario are a)the failure of the West addressing the economic problems in Russia which up to this day have cost many billions of dollars which all together have not found their intended targets,namely the Russian people. The loans will not or can not be paid back in the next decades.But more and more cash is needed all the time with no end in sight because nobody in the West is willing to identify the back doors the incoming money uses to get out in a flash again.And that is going on for numerous years now. b)the failure of the American Public, preoccupied with Monica for considerable time to even notice that under their own noses new political directions have been established by the Secretary of State which are counterproductive and work against to the official policies of the Clinton Administration as presented by him in his State of the Union in reference to the role play involving NATO. Just a brief remark about the matter: Yugoslavia is presently bombarded by NATO without U.N.authorization. Mrs.Madleine Allbright was made aware by EU members that any military intervention in Yugoslavia demands authorization by the UN Security Council under Chapter VII of the UN Charter. The professor knew from her own experience in that body,that she might not get this authorization in case a NATO member requested military intervention and in fact the U.S.A as a member would violate Article 53 which states that no enforcement action shall be taken without the authorization of the Security Council. So in consequence of above it appears to me that the professor bypassed the Security Council and established together with the help of Tony Blair and indirect help through the German foreign minister Mr.Kinkel (both leaders without the consent of their peoples) a " The NATO REFORMATION ACT " reforming the NATO defence instrument into a political/military body with offensive architecture. Once accomplished the Lady Professor through her undersecretaries reminded and encouraged through statements and comments the contact group on every occasion, to engage in direct bombing threads to the man in Belgrade and ultimately the go ahead button was pushed once the three new NATO members were on board and once the Germans had the EU presidency and presidency in the NATO RAT. This all may be only just coincidence but as consequence Germany will become the fall guy through bad political design. How dumb my country men are indeed, destroying within weeks what took decades after the war to build up. Sending a German in uniform to the Balkans even as a "peacekeeper" is as counterproductive as it is mind challenging. Like sending Sadam to President Bush to be his gardener and bodyguard for penance sakes. Bizarre, absurd and incomprehensible the whole thing is. Agent 99 has more brains as those Liberals and Greens in Germany. Listen carefully to the voices promoting ground troops while reporting 24 hours of incredible Serb crimes to condition the people on the street. While the European Media is making sure that every peasant in the Eastern countries knows that German planes are bombing Yugoslavia. My unblemished past agenda displays that I in no way approve, promote racism, genocide,ethnic cleansing or even remotely approve of German politics or actions during Hitler times. I am no member of any party or organization.And Gustave, I resent very much your insinuations that because I am German I must be a Nazi. Summing up my previous posts and please let that be my last posting, because I do not longer see any value to argue about dead poets or dictators.I thank everyone on SI for their kind attention and will respond in future only in financial matters. I subscribe to the democratic process/system which allows me to voice my opinion.And my opinion is that Secretary Mrs.Madleine Allbright has through her solo actions endangered world peace,not because she is right or wrong in her political philosophies,not because The Clinton Administration goals are wrong and not because of any other reason other then: In my humble and ordinary opinion The Lady Professor re-fitted NATO from a strictly defensive coat with a offensive political/military overcoat under the leadership of the U.S.A. and to a degree Great Britain. That restructuring changed NATO overnight totally and came only to light now as a completed act when the bombing started. That's politics my boy -the world is told. Paying off present Russians with more cash as predicted may produce temporary political relief in The Kosonov.The man in Belgrade will now be nice again and recall his armed men from the KOSONOV. And why not, after most Albanians are gone either haven been driven out by him or as of late bombed out by NATO. And after a hearty pasta meal in Italy onwards to Germany because here we want more refugees.In fact we need thousands more in order that people like you Gustave, have good reasons to call us NAZI in return.
