This thread has had an ongoing debate (that I remained seperate from) on valuation. People have made the statement that BII is undervalued in relationship to its peers. Others respond with "The peers are overvalued". The ruth of the matter is you are both right. Inuts are overvalued based on the market at large, but BII si undervaled based on its peers!!

Todays Financial Post highlights this. (an excerpt, not word for word);

Priceline.com (PRLN) an electronic commerce company that is offering 10 million shares at $7 to $9 US a piece on IPO this week, has lost $116,000,000US between July 97 and Dec 98. The company has stated it will continue to be in the red for awhile.

My understanding is they are offering 10 million of a 25 million total share allocation, they lost $174,000,000 Canuck in 18 months, are not going to be profitable for sometime to come and are IPOing at $7-9US

Nope BII is not overvalued....at least not as far as the existing Inut companies and the new ones!!
