No I have never had that happen to me...And, I would question management as to whether you deserve some compensation!! The fact that you stated that you would settle up within 3 days should have been acceptable.

Just as an aside, the downdraft from $17.60 to $16.00 was created by a market sell on a huge order, this in turn kicked in stops....all of those stops would have been satisfied "only after the original market sell got satisfied, so you would likely have got the shaft anyway!! But I would still get angry as hell at greenline!

Had much the same thing happen to me also on Friday....I had moving stops in the $12 trading range on the way up....kept moving them up into the 13's only to find that I had been stopped out at 12.50!....by the time I had the trade confirmed by Greenline, it was too late to check SW trading lists since SW only shows 999 trades...in any event, I certainly did not see BII trade at that level, and my eyes were glued to the ticker and depth....I complained to Greenline but got the same story as you...

I suspect that SW cannot keep up with trades in a fast moving market....this experience has certainly raised a flag for me....use caution in a fast moving market!
