You guys forget the obvious. Sure they could buy the option, but they did not have the $ to follow up and buy the stock. So would it be smart to "piss away" $ 125K just so you could say that you would have made $ 4M on your options had you only had enough money to buy the underlying stock ? Remember that ACTV can not like any other option buyer "turn around" and sell the stock in the open market. So who is the fool and who is not? Well we know that StaggarLee made it to Junior CPA and Bill S made it to CEO, if I was a betting man (and I am) then I would put my money on Bill S.

>>What happened to the underwriter of the stock offering. Are they working for free? 10% is the minimum.

Jesus, Art. There's no 10% fee; this isn't a secondary offering. It would have become a sale of treasury stock after the option was exercised. Besides, what's your point? That the screw up was only $3.6 million, not $4 million?

By the way, why did they pay the first installment on the option ($125K) if they had no intention of ever exercising it? Should we add this to the list of shrewd financial moves, or can you offer an explanation? What did we get for that $125,000? Man, we could have had offices overlooking Central Park, which is what this company really needs, after all.

P.S. What happened to your posting?
