Alice, the guy's name is Alan Braverman and he didn't just discover the internet stocks. The reason for his recent call on the internet stocks is that he changed firms moving to NationsBank Montgomery Securities. He was initiating coverage at his new firm of what he had already been saying at his previous firm.

Why a restatement of his existing position on the stocks should drive them up is just an example of the ignorance of the trading public who jump on such restatements when they are really nothing new.
