I just got back from vacation and found a copy of MC's March 29 reports re: Q and the wireless industry. He actually had good things to say about QCOM. However one statement in reference to 3G is that "ericy appears to have little royalty exposure". Please add this to your overload list. Either he is wrong, they are getting a special price, they have a lot of IPR to trade, or the accusation that qcom was charging too much for their IPR was more FUD.
