I guess I don't really understand why you should take LSI as a model. I think it brings in a lot of unknowns. How accurately is LSI trading vis a vis its worth and what is its float and market cap and how do their orders compare to VLSI's? It's just really hard to evaluate what you're doing and I tend to think that just evaluating VLSI is hard enough without throwing another company into it. But then, numbers are not my forte. :)
