Privests has a first lien position. They get the equipment. CYOE is buying Apollo so CYOE would be the only one that would have to fail. Since the equipment is leased CYOE and Apollo do not even own it. Prinvest does. Prinvest also has a first lien on receivables and everything under the sun to garauntee the lease.
