EEX looks interesting. Oil E&P. Lots of insider buying (some recent, most concentrated around a single date in Aug, '98). Selling at a small premium to book (6 .vs. 5.5). Price action hasn't been stellar last week, but seems to be floating a bit higher than the tide as of this week. Any opinions?
