TJ - positions

I prefer on top but... um... what? oh, position *trading*...

I think I think like MMK (uh oh). I get impatient. Even tho I can enter an issue thinking like "I can hold this for a while", I never do. I always want to lock in my profit, or dump the loser. Good in some respects, bad cause I miss any big upturns. I think I'll start using trailing stops move often as a way to help out.

I'll always take a profit and watch for a re-entry. Even if it's higher (tho, I'll admit, I don't do that as much as I should, probably like most of us). Still, a profit is never a bad thing, just as dumping a loser is never a bad thing...

I have a stop on AMAT for a 2 point gain. Hasn't hit yet, but I'm pretty sure it will. Still, not a bad play for the weekend. Will try this more often (buying on the down day and sell into the rally).

llater,
Tony B
