Steve,

I think the future is in integration of IP communication applications
including voice. The big players like Lucent will probably dominate
although a smallfry has the chance of being taken over. I think EFAX
insiders realized that their window was very narrow and decided to go for it and cash out in the meanwhile. The telling thing will be the
percentage of their total shares owned that insiders sell after this
recent wave. This will indicate how they view the future of the company.

99 44/100% of people with a pc have email. even people living in Serbia or Kosovo while getting bombed from B-2's and B-52's have email. Where the hell do you live that you don't have email? If you don't have a pc, you can still get email. Take a look at Worldgate's announcement today.
