Not if the deal is accretive, no. The deal values Platinum at a huge premium over market price for Platinum stock, yet the deal is still expected to be accretive by 25 cents a share acc'g to press release. CA trading still delayed at this writing...

Let's see a link to the story.
I'm told (by a Plat consultant) that CA is not buying the entire Plat operation, just their "Solutions" group. I guess that translates to their consulting business. Needless to say, I was informed that everyone at Plat HATES CA.

Here we go again.
