The hot play in the past week seems more on PCCC and NSIT. I shorted more on NSIT when it surges.

CDWC and NSIT is maintaining a inventory turn-over ratio of 28 annualized number. PCCC only has about 12. MWHS could be even worse. DELL has an adorable 61. Investment community all love to see who manipulates their own capital more efficiently. It might be naive thinking, but it is an obvious choice for the one who can use their $1 million as $3 million, not just one million.

But there is a drawback when the PC sales turn downward. PCCC's managment isn't stupid. The reason they keep a high inventory is to maintain an AD policy - next day delivery. I bet CDWC can't deliver merchandise that fast. DELL is notorious for their late delivery. How important is 'next day delivery'? I don't know others, everytime I need it within three days. PCCC claimed that they have the most loyal customers. 'next day delivery' may be the reason contributes it.

CDWC's last quarter earning in my opinion is a big fiasco. I suspect that they emphasized too much on sales side, too little on the service side. SOmetimes, the poor service turn out to kick the sales. It is pure speculation. I have no evidence to support the argument. Also, shall admit that CDWC's earning is hard to predict.
