the Internet's
No. 1 video, No. 1 music, and No. 1 book retailer, today announced that it has agreed to
obtain an ownership stake of approximately 50% in Pets.com (http://www.pets.com), the
largest pet company on the Internet. Amazon.com joined with venture capital firm
Hummer Winblad Venture Partners to fund Pets.com's first round of financing. The
transaction is expected to be completed in early April and is subject to execution of
definitive documents and customary closing conditions.

Does anyone know the revenue and profits of Pets.com?
