I own PLAT - thanks CA. I owned FORE until last week. Had the March 15's and quite a few thousand shares. Lucked out on the move that Thursday and Friday. I am looking to get back into FORE but in the mid-teens. Unfortunetly for current holders of FORE my Crystal Ball says $15 to $16 without an announcement. The stock IMHO is worth at least $32 in a buy-out but these guys don't seem to want to sell. I'll bet if they got the PLAT premium they would sell! In the meantime it's a great trading stock. One of these days (probably sooner rather than later) I will be out and pissed off or in and happy.
