The trend is undeniable. Someone-Korean, Chinese, who knows will soon get it right-and capture a huge % of computer sales with a very inexpensive computer. Profit will be perhaps $40/computer. Dell will have a smaller % of the computer market.
In a few years very powerful computers will be sold for less than $1,500 comparable to those that Sun or Silicon Graphics sold for $20,000 a few years ago.
