Hi JDN; Still around. Mostly lurking since I don't have much to say. That's a class action suit that I would join with my smaller (now) potatoes. IMO the bad news was known by the insiders before they went public. In fact, that's why they went public. The only money in this shell of a company is the money we gave them in the IPO. The next strategy is to get as much of that money into their pockets as possible. I think they got screwed on their deal with the Govt. of India and are wiggling out the best way they know how. Not much thought here of growing a company in the most dynamic environment in the history of mankind!!
