This is an excellent example of why an investor should not make decisions based on rumors and "reliable" unnamed sources that are posted on Internet Investment Boards.

MK, Looks like we have the wind to our backs with the DOW hitting 10,000 and Nasdq about to reach an all time high. So, VVUS should do well along with any good news unfolding... Japan, more payments from Europe,partner annnoucement etc. I have hung in here and expect to see VVUS in the double digits 3rd quarter or maybe sooner with this tail wind. Only wish I had doubled my position when it was in the 2's.
