Toshio, in the industry IMHO anyone on CA's list is considered 'wounded, no recovery anticipated' EOM Products become IMHO cash cows milked vigourously. EOM I do have some indirect experience having once supplied services to a high flyer that was 'consumed' by CA. This is only my uninformed opinion on PLAT acquisition. No opinion on prices or positions in either. ynot :)

Toshio, looks like you are far more familiar with the IT sub-sector than I. I will certainly look into parallel plays as the entire group is indeed depressed, and valuation appears very tempting.

IMIC Large volume Order Entry package bolt on from Sweden. Helps Oracle compete with SAP in CPG market. Announced IBM initiative. BUT potential class action and revenue/cost doldrums I am holding, looking for steps up to $4 then $8--year end end of April I believe. I really like Oracle and IBM in this sector. Also like the ecommerce/call centre add-ons, will post after DD. Know the sector fairly well. Best of luck ynot :)
