I hate to put a damper on things put I am more than a little disappointed,this is only a letter of intent,the deal could take as long as 6 months to complete,if at all.I don't think we will see much out of the share price for some time.I have a couple of questions I hope someone can answer. 1 How do they intend to pay for this mine? 2 If it is so great why is Placer selling it? Don't like to be negative but a friend of mine has a fairly large position and I just don't see any near term upside only dilution.In the mining sector you better have some huge news to move your stock price right now a letter of intent won't cut it.
