Charger, do not count on MU having "major" market share to protect them, if memory serves, both Anaconda and Western Union controlled their respective markets at the time and went down the drain (so did Mansvile, two of these used to be in the 30 DOW stocks).

Even with prices dropping, wont MU be able to maintain its margins? And how is it handling all this huge debt? Is there any danger that MU could conceivably go out of business? Unlikely if they have the largest market share, right?
