Thanks for the total picture on the deal.. I wonder if this "new" corp will privitize(sp) MRKR after they buy the remaining 15% from the shareholders ?

Do you know if they are planing to finance the debt by diluting the shares (issueing more shares) or simply by selling existing shares to CTSH?

Marker stock jump. 40%ish from the .25 to .35 last week to .50-.55 now. Almost no volume. are we about to see great things or is this a fad.
