Hello Netman: or is it VETTMAN???.... I don't want to burst your bubble, but I don't think the Band has to respond tomorrow....I believe that a ruling as to whether the lawsuit falls under Federal or State jurisdiction is expected....I further believe that the Band at that time will have 3-4 days to then respond to the Sungold Lawsuit.... If the Michigan jurisdiction is then established, it is my understanding that their current lawyer will not be able to represent them there as he is not licenced to practice in Michigan.. Sir Robert... Ps...it sure is nice to see some upward movement in both price and volume
