You are mistakened about the following: this is so, brazilian currency can not leave brazil, As for the ANTCIE set up, it really appears to be nothing more than the infamous despachantes of Brazil, and shareholders of AZNT will be far better off being shareholders of this company too. Joint ventures, partnerships,...are very common with foreign corporations. ANTCIE is not a company formed by AZNT, but instead is a corporation owned individually by officers of AZNT, per the 10K. antcie (a.mazon n.atural t.reasures) therefore, aznt formed antcie for the sole purpose of exportation of the phytogenic materials in their products. Now that the incorrect AZNT information has been corrected, I look forward to answers regarding WOOD.
