Those 500M authorized shares are free trading as far as I am concerned. There has been no facts presented to indicate otherwise. The pumpers quote the restricted rule , but I say phooey, that does not apply here. Yah, MIDL may be a better shell but I think you are missing an important point. Although, not proven yet, but mark my words, the Wilkensons will have their hands into the IVY scam.
