I am convinced that someone is selling shares into the float. It happens on most every PR. This stock cannot and will not break above the .45 - .47 range until this selling stops. As it looks right now, the seller has a lot of stock to sell. I have turned the corner and truly believe that this company is stuck here until revenues and results are obtained. Either by an up front money deal, or actual, genuine revenues. We are now looking at June or later for these things to happen. (maybe sooner on any up front money deals) I am also very concerned about the private placement. Obviously, it is not what it seems to have been. I am very curious now as to the float size. Is it 37, 47 or 57 million or more? That is a question that needs to be answered as soon as possible. I am holding all of my shares, but I will be adding no more. If this is such a big buying opportunity, where are all of the buyers?
