I can't see why BID.COM shareholders would be happy about some takeover news at this time??, a few months into the NASDAQ maybe,!!--espically If BID.COM was doing the buying.!!

Could be other news then the Nasdaq cause right now why would he go small board if he can wait for the average price he need to go on big board. This week, not sure. Something else is in for this week.
Could be the approuval, witch in that case share price would stabilize or increase or could be.......

Just my point of view.
